Foodland Reusable Bags
These reusable bag illustrations were done for Foodland – the largest locally owned supermarket in Hawaii with over 30 locations throughout the state. Foodland is a community-focused company, founded by the late Maurice J. Sullivan and his family in 1948. “Food, Family, Friends & Aloha” is the company’s motto of delivering quality service and smiles to the islands.
These bags contribute to an eco-friendly and sustainable Hawaii, reducing our carbon foot on the Earth and saving the lives of many beautiful natural resources and animals. So, please consider bringing in a reusable bag every time you go shopping!

Illustrating the 12 Days of Christmas with an ono (delicious) local twist.
The concept behind these illustrations is based on the classic “The 12 Days of Christmas” song. I led creative direction in a team of 2 other designers who helped with the illustrations. By incorporating some of Hawaii’s favorite local grinds, we hope consumers were able to sing-along!
The bag is printed on a premium non-woven polypropylene (12″ x 9″).
10 Years Together, 10 Years Stronger!
Foodland and Hawaiian Airlines celebrated their 10-year partnership with food and travel! The bag takes inspiration from vintage briefcases covered with stickers, signifying where one has previously traveled. The stickers featured on the bag take into consideration the destinations Hawaiian Airlines travels. I collaborated with another designer on illustration stylization and colors.
The bag is printed on a premium non-woven polypropylene (18″ x 14″).
